4.5 Miles to the Beach - Suburbia Park to PCH
A look back at Suburbia Park as we head toward the beach.

A wooden bridge provides access to the trail at Gisler Avenue in Costa Mesa, on the northern edge of the Mesa Verde Country Club.

A fork in the road. Left is toward the Talbert Nature Preserve and the bike trail on the east side of the river that will take you toward Newport Beach. The right continues on the bike trail toward Huntington Beach.
A wooden bridge allows access to the Talbert Nature Preserve. The trail on this east side of the river will also take you all the way to the Pacific Coast Highway.

The last wooden bridge to cross before arriving at the beach. The beach is now about 2 miles from here.

To the south lies Newport and Balboa Beach.

This is the entrance to the bike trail that runs along the east side of the river.
